To me SSI (9th grade science) is my worst subject out of all. The reason I say this is because I just don't get it. For example on my quarter final for this class there was a question that asked me to draw the bohr model of three elements. In my mind I was telling myself that I knew and that it's on the tip of my tongue, but it never came to my mind. Instead I chose a strategy that always works and it is to guess! The next day my friend and I were talking about how we think we did on our finals. I felt a little cocky and said that I might have gotten an A because to me I thought most of the questions were pretty simple. When we got our quarter finals back I couldn't believe my eyes. "Oh my goodness I got a D!" I said in my head. I felt a little better because only one person got an A on the test. As progress reports were about to be sent to my parents I tried to think of ways to make my grade not sound so bad. Like by saying a lot of students failed on their test. At home my mom calls me with an angry tone in her voice. I tried explaining why I got a D and why I got it by sugarcoating it. The only solution to this problem was to redo the test. To my surprise there were about twenty more kids that wanted to redo the test. I studied like crazy for this so I'd bound to get a better grade on this. As the twenty kids and I take the redo I was so lucky because the question that asked me to draw a bohr model was removed! It felt like a happy aura was around me that made me confident. When we got our test back I was shaking in fear to see my grade. When I got it I covered it with my hand so I couldn't see it. Slowly I took my hand away to see my grade.....I got a B! To me that was good enough for a quarter grades to be even though I was planning to be a straight A student.

Babies and Toddlers (Angel or Devil?) (FC)
Having to take care of babies and toddlers or also known as babysitting can be thing that gives you stress or can just be something that doesn't really matter and so you just do it. Since I am an uncle I have to take care of lots of nephews and nieces of mine. I don't usually have any concerns with babies or toddlers, but they mostly gave me so much stress that when they finally go to sleep I realize that I was covered in sweat from running around playing, feeding, and bathing them. In my life I have to care for about 10 kids ages 1 to 5 during the summer or in parties.
You're just going to accept that babies will have a devilish side to them that can lead to stress. The thing that make me so stress the most while babysitting is when they think I'm playing around when I'm trying to be serious. My relationship with one of my nephews isn't the best, but we still love each other. The reason I say that is because a couple years ago I would always get in fights with him, so he would get very angry that he would try to hit me with a belt. I know that can be very rough, but they are also really sweet inside, so you would just have to have it in your heart to deal with their temper. The last reason they can be really annoying is when they just start to cry. Just that sound is enough to hurt your ear drums, but it just means they need help.
There is still an angel in each of every single baby you will ever see. While you hang out with them for a few hours you will already have a connection with them. Babies just have that cuteness charm that will always fill you with happiness after looking into that adorable face while saying awwwww to it.The angel inside will release itself if just be nice to them, but no too nice or the toddler will try to hit you with a belt. Just always have fun while caring for babies or toddlers because I learned that the hard way. In conclusion babies and toddlers are more of an angel than a devil to me, but that's just me because you may have a different opinion.
This is the sound that really annoys me-http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qS7nqwGt4-I

Picture Book (CRR)
I was way too young to read when I saw my first picture book, but my teachers or parents would read it to me and that book was “No, David!" by David Shannon. The book is about a misbehaving child who does random impolite actions that causes his mom to say no David. I remember a time when I was in kindergarten I always treasured books that were mostly pictures and with only about seven words on each page. If I saw a book with lots of words on the first page and with a little amount of pictures in the whole book then I would chuck away from my vision. A random mysterious woman from my school came over to my house and gave me a huge book that was very colorful with the title saying “No, David!” after talking to my parents and I. Although I was too nervous to say thank you to her. As the person spoke to my parents I was looking at all the weird funny looking pictures in the book.
This book made me feel like my life was put into this book because when i was a child i would break items, throw tantrums, and play with my food like David in the story. The things that make this book interesting is that the plot is very creative and very original. During school
I noticed that my teacher had the story book “No, David”. “Can you read this book”, I said. The
teacher politely read the book to the class. The book was very hysterical that
it made everyone laugh. The part that I laughed at the most is when David was
running on the sidewalk butt naked while his mom says “Come back here David!”
This book can be a little educational by teaching children the consequences of being bad at home.
